Please note TAAJ policies will be updated prior to our re-open date following the unprecedented circumstances of COVID-19. All spa policy updates will be posted below & on our Instagram page.


All new clients are required to complete and sign the digital New Client Intake Form and Covid-19 waiver prior to your scheduled appointment.


All existing clients should inform TAAJ Management or their service practitioner of any changes, specific needs, and or any additional new information and updates.

All clients, new and existing, must inform both TAAJ Management and their service practitioner of any known allergies, medical conditions, medications, scars, and any relevant information pertaining to your health to ensure that prior planning and proper precautions take place for your services. 

Cancellation policy

TAAJ Beauty Lounge has a 24 Hours Cancellation Policy. For all services and appointments, we require a 24-Hour prior notice for cancellation. If an appointment is booked on the same day of the service, cancellation is required within 4-hours of appointment. Should 24-Hour notice not be provided or “no show” occurs, you will be billed a $25 cancelation fee. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment via telephone, text, and or Instagram. 

Late Arrival

Please inform Management if you are running 10 - 15 minutes behind your scheduled appointment. Please be courteous of your service practitioner's time and other scheduled appointments. Should you be more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to administer your scheduled services. Your appointment may be rescheduled subject to availability. Clients may notify us of a late arrival via telephone, text, and or Instagram. 

Gratuity

Gratuity, in the form of cash, given directly to your service practitioner is greatly appreciated and the most preferred form of offering gratuity. Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, Cash APP, Zelle etc. is NOT permitted at TAAJ Beauty Lounge as a form of gratuity payment directly to your service practitioner. Should Venmo be the only option, a gratuity payment must be sent directly to TAAJ Beauty Lounge's Secured Business Venmo Account. Once this payment has successfully transferred, the gratuity amount will be given directly to your service practitioner by TAAJ Management.  

Promotions, Specials, Discounts, and Incentives

Promotions, specials, and or discounts cannot be combined and applied to services and or products. If a specific service and or product is being offered at a discounted rate, no other promotions, specials, and or discounts can be applied. Promotions, specials, discounts, and referral incentives can only be applied to standard-priced services and or products. Services and products being offered at a promotion-rate must be purchased prior to or by the end-of-promotion date in order to receive the promotion-rate.

Product Orders

All orders must be prepaid in-full prior to receiving your order. Orders will not be fulfilled unless full payment is received. TAAJ does not allow cancellations once an order has been placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed or exchanged after submissions. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date of purchase to receive your order. In the event of delays (i.e. weather, government shutdowns), TAAJ will provide updates on the expected duration and receival date. TAAJ Management will contact you once your order is ready for pickup from TAAJ Beauty Lounge. Virginia State Sales Tax applies to each product and to all orders. 

Same day product pickup is not available, we do not offer product shipping.


Purchase for Personal Use Only

Products listed for sale in the TAAJ Store are available for purchase for personal use only. These products are not for resale, wholesale, and or distribution. By placing an order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale, wholesale, and or distribution. 

Policy & Procedures

All personal client information, credit cards, and debit cards on file are stored in a Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI)-compliant and encrypted processor and only accessed by TAAJ Management. 


All Services, Products, Gift Certificates, and Purchases are Non-Refundable. All Services, Products, Gift Certificates, and Purchases are Non-Exchangeable. 


The exchange of personal and contact information between TAAJ employees and or services practitioners is strictly prohibited.


TAAJ Beauty Lounge operates by appointment only. Hours of Operation are subject to scheduled appointments.
